    Returns are accepted only if:

    • The customer exercises their cancellation rights within the legal timeframe, and the product is returned in its original state.

    In compliance with the Retail Trade Act and Directive 97/7/EC, SATINEL-SYSTEM grants customers a 7-day period to cancel or terminate the contract, except for personalized products or services.
